Why You’ll Love Us

Organic farming is a form of food production that emphasizes the use of natural methods to maintain soil fertility, control pests, and produce high-quality crops without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.

It’s a practice based on biodiversity, ecological balance, and sustainability. It is environmentally sustainable, promotes soil health and biodiversity, reduces the negative impacts of agriculture on the environment, and produces safe, and healthy food. We try to follow organic principles and practices wherever we can. Rotational grazing, winter grazing, more freedom for the animals to move and spreading the manure and fertilizer in a more natural way. Basically our soil is fertilized and rejuvenated naturally by our cattle and pigs. And to put it quite bluntly, they arent standing knee deep in mud and their own shit unless they want to be because it feels squishy between their toes. Savy?
